Retail Space For Lease

Levi is a retail leasing agent for Divaris Real Estate, Inc.’s corporate office in

Virginia Beach where he primarily focuses on the representation of retail landlords and tenants throughout southeastern Virginia, as well portions of northeast North Carolina. Much of his recent work has focused on leasing new retail developments ranging in size from 12,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet, and in locating sites for several restaurant clients to purchase or ground lease land for ground-up development.

Recent retail assignments that Levi has worked on include: Landstown Commons in Virginia Beach, The Marquis in Williamsburg, and Brenneman Farm in Virginia Beach . These three developments combined have almost 2 million square feet of gross lease-able retail space. In addition, some of Levi's current retail listings include: Pembroke Mall, Salem Crossing, MarketCenter at Harbour View, Princess Anne Plaza, Princess Anne Marketplace, Freedom Plaza, Rite Aid surplus properties in Hampton Roads.
