Darcy Kuykendall has been a property manager in the Charlotte office of Divaris Real Estate, Inc., since February, 2011. Her responsibilities include managing over 680,000 square feet of commercial space in North Carolina and South Carolina.

Darcy brings to DRE six years of experience in commercial real estate management. Her previous position was as a commercial property manager, handling over 500,000 square feet of commercial and office space for Real Estate Development Partners. Darcy’s prior work experience includes property management for Equity One Realty & Management, Inc. and Divaris Real Estate, Inc.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wingate University in Wingate, North Carolina. Darcy is a member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
