Mr. Cole is Executive Director of Cushman & Wakefield’s Capital Markets Group. With over 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Mr. Cole has represented over 325 million square feet of commercial, office and industrial space, and has executed over 150 sales transactions with a total consideration in excess of $3.3 billion. He is considered one of the top institutional office sales and leasing specialists in Southern California. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Cole was at Tooley & Company since 1985. When Tooley & Company became Trammell Crow Company (TCC), Mr. Cole co-directed its Southern California Investment Services Group. While at TCC, Mr. Cole received the prestigious national "Top Producer" designation from 1998 to 2006. His previous experience also included five years with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Company as a top producing sales consultant specializing in office sales and leasing in the Los Angeles South Bay office. He received the distinguished honor of the company's "Rookie of the Year" award in 1982.
