Turning his focus to the office brokerage, Mr. Guilford has successfully serviced clients such as Interval International, Therrill Basden Meyer Weiss, P.A., Sony Latin America and the Miami Dade County Court System. In 1992, Mr. Guilford transacted the two (2) largest leases in the City of Coral Gables.
