Chris Bogenrief has been involved in commercial real estate since 1995 and in 2010 was the highest producing Realtor in the Sioux City metropolitan area. Prior to founding United Commercial as president in July 2005, Chris was a commercial broker associate for Century 21 Davenport & Associates for 2 ½ years.

Prior to joining the Century 21 Davenport & Associates team in February 2003, Chris Bogenrief was marketing manager for Dakota Dunes Development Company in Dakota Dunes, SD. Chris brought with him from Dakota Dunes nearly eight years of marketing and commercial real estate development experience. As marketing manager, Chris oversaw the company's marketing efforts with focus on commercial sales and was responsible for the recruitment of office, medical, retail, and light industrial clients for Dakota Dunes' business, medical and retail parks. Chris also worked closely with economic development and government officials on local, state, and federal levels. Dakota Dunes is a 2,000-acre, master-planned community owned and developed by Dakota Dunes Development Company, a non-regulated subsidiary of MidAmerican Energy Holdings Company headquartered in Des Moines, IA and majority-owned by Berkshire Hathaway.
