This is evidenced by the completion of such notable transactions as McKinsey & Company's lease for 106,000 square feet; Akzo Nobel's renewal for 90,000 square feet; Meckler Bulger Tilson Marick & Pearson LLC's 57,000 square foot early renewal; and a new lease with the General Services Administration, Justice Department for 50,000 square feet.
