Tom Rankin, CCIM has lived in southwest Missouri for over 35 years. He began his real estate career while a senior in college working as a leasing agent for a real estate development company. In 1990 he started Rankin Company specializing in the general brokerage of commercial real estate. In 2006 Rankin Company affiliated with the National Brokerage Firm Sperry Van Ness.Tom has represented many local companies looking to expand or relocate their business, as well as many other out-of-town companies looking to take advantage of the strong Springfield economy. He has helped many investors diversify their portfolio into real estate and investments. His most recent project is the development of a 100-acre distribution and office warehouse project called North Creek Business Park. Tom has developed several industrial built-to-suit projects ranging in size from 50,000-100,000 sq. ft.
